The Operator is Sole Proprietor (ФОП) Oleksandr Petrovych Manchenko (reg. No. 3084513932), Ukraine, 03131, Kyiv, Stolychne Highway 5a, apt. 141, tel. +380 95 148 8855. This policy describes what data we process in connection with ABDS SEO and why.

1. Data we collect

• Purchase data: your email and order details (plan, amount, currency, transaction ID). Payment details (card number, etc.) are handled by our payment partners — we never see or store them.
• Licence activation data: when a licence is activated on a site, our license server receives the site URL and a technical installation identifier — to count used slots and confirm licence status.
• Technical data: ordinary server logs (request IP address, time, request type) for security and diagnostics.
• Visitor-behaviour analytics (heatmap/CRO modules) runs on your site in cookieless mode and stores aggregated, anonymised data in your database; this data belongs to you and is not shared with us.

2. How we use it

To provide and support the service: licence activation and validation, processing payments and renewals, customer support, security and abuse prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing with third parties

We engage providers only to the extent needed to run the service:

• Payment processors: Paddle (for USD payments; acts as merchant of record) and WayForPay (for UAH payments). They process your payment data under their own privacy policies.
• Hosting infrastructure: the servers our services run on.
• Features you enable with your own keys (AI providers, SEO-data providers) send requests directly to those services under your credentials and their terms.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. For requests, email support@abds-seo.com. The scope of rights may depend on applicable law (Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
