1. About the service

ABDS SEO is a WordPress plugin and related online services (a license server and, for the applicable plans, an agency cabinet) providing search-optimization tools: content analysis, meta and Schema editing, rank tracking, analytics and other features described on the home page. The service is operated by Sole Proprietor (ФОП) Oleksandr Petrovych Manchenko (reg. No. 3084513932), Ukraine, 03131, Kyiv, Stolychne Highway 5a, apt. 141, tel. +380 95 148 8855 (the "Operator", "we").

2. Licence

By purchasing a paid plan you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ABDS SEO on the number of sites your plan allows:

• Pro — 1 site; Business — up to 5 sites; Agency — no fixed limit within fair use.
• A licence is activated on a site by a key. You may deactivate a site to free a slot and activate the licence on another site.
• The licence key is for your own sites or your clients' sites within your plan; reselling or publicly sharing the key is prohibited.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

Current prices are shown on the Pricing section. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period (monthly/yearly) until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment partners (see the Privacy Policy). Refund terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to circumvent licence limits, not to overload the infrastructure with automated requests beyond reasonable limits, and not to infringe third-party rights. Features that use your own third-party keys (AI, SEO data) are also subject to those providers' terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data or profit, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. ABDS SEO provides recommendations and analytics but does not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic volume.

6. Changes to or discontinuation of the service

We may update, change or discontinue individual features. We will give advance notice of material changes that degrade paid functionality. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the plugin and cancelling your subscription.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved under [TODO: dispute-resolution / venue].
